The closest airport is the Indianapolis International Airport (IND), approximately 14 miles/20 minute drive from the hotel. The closest train station is the Amtrak Indianapolis, Indiana station, approximately one mile/5 minute drive from the hotel.
HOTEL CANCELLATIONS
Reservations may be canceled up to 24 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Reservations canceled within 24 hours of arrival are subject to a penalty of first night room and tax.
You may change your departure date at any time prior to or at check-in without being charged an early departure fee.

Lured by highly attractive rates, exhibitors and attendees fall prey to these imposters losing significant deposits, discovering hidden costs, up front charges or being baited and switched to hotel rooms they never booked.
These companies are in no way affiliated with NAMA, the Coffee Tea & Water Show or the official hotel. They troll the internet and association websites looking for annual events and then gain access to email addresses for direct contact or draw attendees to their websites posing as your association’s sanctioned housing provider. Do not give them your credit card information.
Book directly with the JW Marriott Indianapolis to ensure you will be working with a reputable company, that your credit card information is secure, and that you will benefit from all services provided to conference attendees at the official hotel.
