BEWARE OF SCAMS
Beware of scam artists, fraudulent companies and vendors not contracted by show management who target exhibitors participating in trade shows across the country. Be careful of companies calling and posing as vendors for the event. Some scams include housing, directory listings and on-site services.
If you have any questions or receive communication that is not from a company representing NAMA or our official supplier partners Tradeshow Logic, GES or Convention Data Services, please alert NAMA right away by emailing [email protected]. Thank you for helping us monitor this situation.

Our exhibitor newsletter, Nicole’s Notes, is designed to help you prepare and make the most of your time at the show, with reminders, links and important information. You’ll receive the newsletter directly in your inbox, and you can also access copies in the MYS Exhibitor Portal.

HOUSING
Make your reservation! NAMA has negotiated special rates for those who book within the room block at the JW Marriott, Indianapolis, available on a first-come, first-served basis. The deadline to make your reservation in the NAMA room block has been extended to October 16, 2023! Click here to reserve your room.

SHOW SERVICES
If your company is not in receipt of your Map Your Show service manual login credentials email Nicole Davis at [email protected]. Did you know the exhibit hall is carpeted in a multi-colored pattern? Click here to view it. Your company may place an order in the GES Service Manual if a particular color is preferred.

DIRECTORY LISTING
Complete your exhibitor listing to ensure your company is included in the 2023 mobile app. Log in to the MYS Exhibitor Portal to update your company’s information.
FOOD & BEVERAGE SAMPLING
Hand washing stations and food permits are not required for sampling food and beverages at the show. Refer to the 2023 Show Rules & Regulations for more information regarding alcoholic beverages, corkage and sampling.
SPONSORSHIP SHIPPING
If you are a sponsor shipping either product or brochures/collateral to the Advance Warehouse to be disseminated by Show Management, you will receive specific label instructions from the Sponsorship Fulfillment Manager.
