Ryo Zsun [Ree-oh Sun] joined the Zappos Family in 2012 as a barista in the Z'Cafe, serving Zapponians the very best Zappoccinos! In 2013, he joined the amazing Customer Loyalty Team, WOW-ing customers in the call center.
A year later, Ryo became The Culture Maestro touring guests from around the world at the Zappos Headquarters in downtown Las Vegas sharing the Zappos Story.
Today, he continually shares his passion for company culture and customer experience through various speaking events.
