ATTENDEES

The National Automatic Merchandising Association (NAMA) is the national trade association for the entire convenience services industry, including the food and refreshment vending, coffee service and foodservice management industries, including on-site, commissary, catering, micro markets, pantry and unattended retail. Our membership is comprised of service companies, equipment manufacturers and suppliers of products and services to operating service companies.

Coffee Tea & Water 2023 will take place November 6-7 at the JW Marriott Indianapolis.

There are different categories of membership. Learn more about NAMA membership or contact NAMA Membership at [email protected].

You do not need to be a member of NAMA to attend, although pricing is considerably lower for members. Anyone involved in the coffee service, micro market, pantry, vending and unattended industries are welcome to attend CTW.

To receive the member rate, your company's NAMA membership must be paid through November 7, 2023. If you register as a member but your company's membership expires before November 7, 2023, you will be contacted to renew your membership or you will be charged the balance for the non-member rate at badge pick-up.

Yes, the pricing is the same for spouses as it is for the member / non-member attendee.

No, if you have a disability and require a personal care assistant, they will receive a complimentary badge. Please email [email protected]

Yes, we welcome all hospitality students over the age of 18. Just show your student I.D. at registration and you may attend free of charge.

No one under age 16 will be admitted to the Expo Hall. Only nursing infants (swaddled or carried) are allowed on the show floor. No car seats, buggies, wagons or strollers will be permitted.

All of our exciting education sessions, keynote speaker and many other educational programs are included, unless otherwise noted.

The recommended attire is business or business casual.

Only written cancellation requests submitted via email to [email protected] and received by Friday, October 6, 2023, will receive a refund, less a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted after October 6, 2023, and no refunds will be given for no-shows. If registering at the member rate and your membership is lapsed at event date, you must renew your membership or pay the difference between the member and non-member registration fee to receive your badge.

Attendee substitutions may be made at any time prior to the start of the event, provided that the substitute is from the same organization.

No, there will not be a virtual component to Coffee Tea & Water. The full event will be held in-person.

Yes, exhibiting at Coffee Tea & Water is a benefit of membership. However, this requirement is waived for new exhibitors as determined by NAMA. If a new exhibitor does not join NAMA, they will pay the non-member exhibitor fee. To exhibit in subsequent years, they will need to join NAMA.

All previous exhibitors at Coffee Tea & Water must be a member in good standing to be eligible to exhibit. Please contact our membership department at [email protected], for more information.

The cost of furniture rental, electrical, WiFi, telecom and other utilities, material handling and labor charges, audiovisual, floral, photography, carpet (other than existing carpet in the exhibit hall), etc., are not included in the exhibit rate. These services can be ordered through the show kit which is available approximately 90 days prior to the show.

Yes, the hall is carpeted in a multi-colored pattern. Your company may bring your own flooring or place an order with GES if a particular color/style is preferred. Click here to see a picture of the exhibit hall carpet.

The exhibitor manual includes all order forms, booth furnishing and carpet options, booth cleaning information, labor rates, etc. It will be available approximately 90 days before the show.

You can reach GES Monday – Thursday from 8:00am - 4:30pm CT and Friday 9:00am - 1:00pm CT at (800) 801-7648 or (702) 515-5970. Exhibitors may also use the online chat function located within the GES Service Manual.

Advance Shipment to Warehouse and Direct Shipment to Show Site information, rates and deadlines are available in the GES Service Manual. Material handling charges will apply.

As a standard requirement for all our show exhibitors, it is necessary for you to carry general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. Insurance Coverage is not optional. This insurance must be in force during the lease dates of the event, November 4-8, 2023, naming National Automatic Merchandising Association, 1777 North Kent Street, Suite 1010, Arlington, VA 22209 as the certificate holder. The following must be named as additional insured: National Automatic Merchandising Association, GES, JW Marriott, & Tradeshow Logic.

If you do not have insurance, or you would rather not use your own insurance, (similar to when you rent a car – so that claims would not be filed against your policy), we have set up a program with Rainprotection Insurance through which your company may purchase compliant insurance instantly. The order form is located in the MYS Exhibitor Portal.

The exhibit hall will have complimentary WiFi, however, it is only intended for personal use. An order may be placed with the JW Marriott for wireless or wired internet. Please refer to the GES Service Manual.
