Raz Razgaitis

Raz co-founded FloWater in 2013 with a singular mission to put an end to single-use plastic water bottles. Since then, he’s led the team as CEO to create an entirely new drinking water platform that can provide access to ultra-purified, great-tasting water—without the need for plastic. In 2022, FloWater achieved the highest sales in its history, growing 60% year-over-year, and achieving profitability. In 2022, FloWater was acquired by Bluewater, the Swedish global hydration solutions and beverage brand.

FloWater’s patented and proprietary technology purifies any source of potable tap water anywhere in the world, removing pollutants and toxins such as PFAS, fluoride, chlorine, herbicides, pesticides, heavy metals and microplastics.

To date, FloWater has saved nearly one billion plastic bottles from entering our oceans, lakes, rivers and landfills, and its patented hardware can be found everywhere: from Fortune 500 companies, such as Google and Apple, to luxury travel brands, including The Four Seasons, The Ritz Carlton, Marriott, Hyatt and Hilton.

Raz started his career in Fortune 500 companies, including Johnson & Johnson and Eli Lilly. Since 2002, he has been the CEO or president of several venture-capital-backed startups and privately held turnaround and growth companies in the tech and consumer packaged goods space.

When not working, Raz enjoys entertaining his two daughters with dad jokes and volunteering with Breakthrough (formerly Defy Ventures), which focuses on ending mass incarceration and recidivism. He currently lives in Denver, where he enjoys riding his motorcycle in the summer and snowboarding in the winter.
