NAMA has negotiated discounted hotel rates for attendees who book within the NAMA room block at the MGM Grand, starting at $99 / night. Available on a first-come, first-served, space available basis.

HOTEL CANCELLATIONS
A deposit of the first night room and tax will be charged to your credit card immediately. Please cancel 72 hours prior to arrival for a full refund of first night room and tax. Reservations canceled within 72 hours of arrival are subject to a penalty of first night room and tax.
You have the option to change your check out date at any time prior to check-in or at check-in without being charged an early departure assessment. However, in the event you decide to check out prior to your confirmed departure date, you will be charged an early departure assessment in the amount equal to the applicable rate and taxes you were quoted for the night you are departing.

IMPORTANT HOUSING MESSAGE
Unauthorized housing companies have been approaching CTW attendees and exhibitors with fraudulent offerings of hotel rooms at significant discounts. Lured by highly attractive rates, exhibitors and attendees fall prey to these imposters losing significant deposits, discovering hidden costs, up front charges or being bate and switched to hotel rooms they never booked.
These companies are in no way affiliated with NAMA, the Coffee Tea & Water Show or the official hotels in Las Vegas. They troll the internet and association websites looking for annual events and then gain access to email addresses for direct contact or draw attendees to their websites posing as your association’s sanctioned housing provider. Do not give them your credit card information.
Book directly with MGM Grand to ensure you will be working with a reputable company, that your credit card information is secure, and that you will benefit from all services provided to conference attendees at the official hotel.
