MEMBER RATE
To receive the member rate, your company's NAMA membership must be paid through November 15, 2022. If you register as a member but your company's membership expires before November 15, 2022, you will be contacted to renew your membership or you will be charged the balance for the non-member rate at badge pick-up. Email [email protected] for assistance with registration or to renew your membership.
TERMS
By registering, you agree to NAMA’s Privacy Policy.
NAMA reserves the right to use any photograph, video, or audio recording (collectively, the “media”) taken at any event sponsored by NAMA, without the expressed written permission of those included within the media. NAMA may use the media in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by NAMA including but not limited to; brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc. By registering for the event, you waive all right to the media and understand that you are not entitled to any compensation from use of the media.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be received in writing — submitted via email to [email protected]. Cancellations received before October 14, 2022, will be assessed a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted after October 15, 2022. If the registrant is unable to attend the in-person event, the registration may be transferred to another person to attend in-person. If you are experiencing, or within 14 days prior to the event have experienced signs and symptoms of COVID-19, please do not attend the conference. If registering at the member rate and your membership is lapsed at show date, you will need to renew your membership or pay the difference between the member and non-member registration fee to receive your badge.
