NAMA stands for the National Automatic Merchandising Association. NAMA is the national trade association for the entire convenience services industry, including the food and refreshment vending, coffee service and foodservice management industries, including on-site, commissary, catering, micro markets, pantry and unattended retail. Our membership is comprised of service companies, equipment manufacturers and suppliers of products and services to operating service companies.
Coffee Tea & Water 2022 will take place November 14-15, 2022 at MGM Grand Las Vegas.

You do not need to be a member of NAMA to attend, although pricing is considerably lower for members. Anyone involved in the coffee service, micro market, pantry, vending and unattended industries are welcome to attend CTW.

To receive the member rate, your company's NAMA membership must be paid through November 15, 2022. If you register as a member but your company's membership expires before November 15, 2022, you will be contacted to renew your membership or you will be charged the balance for the non-member rate at badge pick-up. Email [email protected] for assistance with registration or to renew your membership.
Yes, the pricing will be the same for spouses as it is for the member / non-member attendee.
No, if you have a disability and require a personal care assistant, they will receive a complimentary badge. Please email [email protected].
Yes, we welcome all hospitality students over the age of 18. Just show your student I.D. at registration and you may attend free of charge.
No one under age 16 will be admitted to the Expo Hall. Only nursing infants (swaddled or carried) are allowed on the show floor. No car seats, buggies, wagons or strollers will be permitted.
All of our exciting keynote speakers and many other educational programs are included, unless otherwise noted.
The recommended attire is business or business casual.
Cancellations must be received in writing — submitted via email to [email protected]. Cancellations received before October 14, 2022, will be assessed a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted after October 15, 2022. If the registrant is unable to attend the in-person event, the registration may be transferred to another person to attend in-person. If you are experiencing, or within 14 days prior to the event have experienced signs and symptoms of COVID-19, please do not attend the conference. If registering at the member rate and your membership is lapsed at show date, you will need to renew your membership or pay the difference between the member and non-member registration fee to receive your badge.
No, there will not be a virtual component to Coffee Tea & Water. The full event will be held in person.
Attendees of CTW must agree to abide by all health and safety guidelines and recommendations promulgated by federal, state, and local government agencies and officials, NAMA, and the event venue. NAMA requires each attendee to agree they will not attend Coffee Tea & Water if they: 1) have experienced symptoms associated with COVID-19 in the past 14 days; 2) may have been exposed to a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19; 3) have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and are not yet cleared by state or local public health authority as non-contagious. In addition, attendees agree to notify NAMA if they experience symptoms associated with COVID-19 within 14 days after participating in CTW.

Yes, exhibiting at Coffee Tea & Water is a benefit of membership. However, this requirement is waived for new exhibitors as determined by NAMA. If a new exhibitor does not join NAMA, they will pay the non-member exhibitor fee. To exhibit in subsequent years, they will need to join NAMA.

The cost of furniture rental, electrical, WiFi, telecom and other utilities, material handling and labor charges, audiovisual, floral, photography, carpet other than what's provided in the exhibit hall, etc., are not included in the exhibit rate. These services can be ordered through the show kit which is available approximately 90 days prior to the show. Learn more here.
Yes, the hall is carpeted in a multi-colored pattern. Your company may bring your own flooring or place an order with GES if a particular color/style is preferred. CLICK HERE to see a picture of the MGM exhibit hall carpet.

The exhibitor manual includes all order forms, booth furnishing and carpet options, booth cleaning information, labor rates, etc. It will be available approximately 90 days before the show.

As a standard requirement for all our show exhibitors, it is necessary for you to carry general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. Insurance Coverage is not optional. This insurance must be in force during the lease dates of the event, November 13-15, 2022, naming National Automatic Merchandising Association (1777 North Kent Street, Suite 1010, Arlington, VA 22209) as the certificate holder. The following must be named as additional insured: National Automatic Merchandising Association, GES, MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, & Tradeshow Logic.
If you do not have insurance, or you would rather not use your own insurance, (similar to when you rent a car – so that claims would not be filed against your policy), we have set up a program with Rainprotection Insurance through which, you can purchase compliant insurance instantly online for only $84.
The MGM Grand has complimentary Wi-Fi, however, it is only intended for personal use. An order may be placed with the MGM Grand for wired internet.
